Case Study: Management of Construction Industry Networking Club

Background

East Midlands First Thursday Club was started in September 2002, to provide business-generating opportunities and a supportive networking environment for construction industry professionals. Emma Bennett from Emerald Business Bureau is a founder member of the Club and initially ran the Club whilst employed by a construction specialist, before setting up her own business and taking over management of First Thursday Club.

Our Role

Provide day-to-day management of the Club, including organisation and promotion of monthly meetings, communication with members, increasing membership and financial management.

How We Helped
