Background

Our client, a leading consultant in construction industry commercial management and disputes, provides training on best practice, legislation and commercial management issues, aimed at national and international contracting organisations. Training courses generally consist of between one and four sessions, each lasting between four and six hours. Our client needed help to create and deliver professional training materials, within agreed timescales and budgets.
