Background

Emerald Business Bureau was approached by a successful Construction Dispute Consultant who provides commercial advice, quantity surveying and legal support services. The company needed help to create a logical, secure and future-proof document archiving system to improve efficiency. Several years of paperwork and document files were stored in a back office without a structured filing system and a great deal of time and resources were being wasted searching for documents. New GDPR regulations meant it was also a priority to review the documents held and destroy any which were no longer required.

  • Ongoing responsibility for keeping the Archive Register up-to-date, destruction of old files, and ensuring completed projects are filed and archived correctly.
