Case Study: PQQ Documents

Background

We were employed by a Leeds-based Roofing Contractor to complete PQQ documentation and Association Membership Application Forms to help them tender for local authority contracts. Our client had no in-house admin expertise with relevant construction industry knowledge.

Collating information and supporting evidence to successfully complete PQQ Documents and Association Membership Application

How We Helped

  • Completion of draft Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ), highlighting missing information
  • Amended and updated the PQQ to accommodate additional information and comments provided by our Client
  • Creation of electronic logo, creationof documents detailing past project experience and CV’s for Company Directors
  • Checking, proofreading and formatting of Quality and Environmental Manual to improve the quality ofdocuments being submitted
  • Creating PDF’s of all supporting evidence and creating referenced Appendix
  • Completion of Association Membership Application Form
  • Creation of Company Letterhead and covering letter, explaining gaps in supporting paperwork and detailing improvements planned by the Company, including ISO9001 accreditation
  • At the end of the assignment, we prepared a report for the Directors with recommendations on ways to avoid information gaps and speed up thecompletion of PQQ’s in the future
  • We also provided examples of good practice and advice on COSHH and Risk Assessments, Method Statements, and layouts of documents.
